For builders, developers and project managers, a clear scope and coordinated delivery matter. As a licensed electrical contractor, Koikas Electrical Services can assemble appropriate labour and subcontractor resources to suit the project requirements, programme and site conditions. Resources, responsibilities and availability are agreed for each project.
Construction electrical scope
Plans and specifications. Electrical packages based on the supplied drawings, specifications and agreed scope, with inclusions, exclusions and allowances clarified before work begins.
Rough-in and fit-off. Commercial construction, fitout and refurbishment installations, and residential new-build work, coordinated around the build sequence and other trades.
Switchboards and distribution. Switchboards, electrical distribution, lighting and power to suit the agreed design and installation requirements.
Smoke alarms and communications. Smoke alarm installations and communications/data where applicable to the project scope.
External electrical works. External lighting, power and associated electrical works where included in the package, with site interfaces and access discussed in advance.
Testing and completion. Testing, verification and required certification for the electrical work, with compliance with applicable Australian Standards and NSW requirements.
Coordination from scope to handover
We coordinate with the builder and other trades on access, sequencing, installation interfaces and completion requirements. Tell us about the construction programme, design information and site constraints so the electrical package can be assessed realistically.
Variations and additional works are discussed and documented with the project team, including their effect on scope, pricing and timing, before proceeding as agreed.
ASP Level 2 connections when the project needs them
Koikas Electrical Services is authorised to carry out ASP Level 2 work within both the Endeavour Energy and Essential Energy network areas. Tender enquiries
Builders, estimators, procurement teams and project managers can provide drawings, specifications and tender documentation for commercial construction, fitout and refurbishment packages for review. Koikas Electrical Services will assess the electrical package, project requirements, programme and available labour and subcontractor resources before confirming participation. Include the site location, tender deadline and proposed construction programme when you email us.
Information for a construction quote
Email klee@koikaselectrical.com with the site location, project type, drawings and specifications available, tender or start dates, and the expected electrical scope. Include relevant lighting, power, switchboard, communications and network connection requirements so we can identify what needs clarification.

Yes. Send the available drawings, specifications, site location and programme. We will review the information, clarify the package and confirm whether further details or a site inspection are needed.
Do you work on residential and commercial new builds?
We undertake residential new-build electrical installations and suitable commercial construction packages. Project suitability, scope, resources and availability are assessed before work is accepted.
Can you coordinate additional works during the build?
Yes. Changes can be coordinated with us so the scope, pricing, sequencing and any programme implications can be agreed with the project team.
